Important Information & Fees

1. Monaxa does not accept third-party payments into trading accounts(s). Any deposits into your trading accounts(s) must match your bank account details. Deposits from joint bank accounts are accepted if the trading account holder is one of the beneficiaries.

2. Deposit and Withdrawal methods may vary depending on your country of residence and your jurisdiction. Available payment options can be viewed in your client profile.

3. Processing time depending on the method can be processed instantly but may take a longer depending on the chosen method and or the bank's processing duration.

4. Crypto and STICPAY fees for client(s)' deposit/withdrawal transactions are paid by Monaxa. However, it's important to note that for Crypto transactions, gas fees (1 USDT) will be charged by the blockchain and will not be covered by Monaxa.

5. If your deposit was made by Crypto Wallet, any withdrawasl must go back to that Crypto Wallet. Up to the deposited amount. Once the desposit amount is exceeded, you may choose another withdrawal method. See below for priority:
